Role
Sandhib Kumar (Elite Club Member & Event Organizer)
Category
Leadership / Event Management / Student Community
Joining the Elite Club in my college gave me the opportunity to take responsibility, lead students, and conduct multiple events for both juniors and seniors. As part of the club, I actively organized and managed various technical and non-technical events, including fun engagement activities like Squid Game-style challenges, along with skill-based competitions and learning-oriented events.
Through organizing these events, I learned how to plan, coordinate, manage teams, and execute events successfully. I gained hands-on experience in leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making. Managing participants, coordinating with team members, handling event flow, and ensuring smooth execution helped me understand what it truly means to be a leader.
This experience also helped me build a strong connection with fellow students. I gained many supporters and followers among students, which improved my confidence and public presence. Guiding participants on how to play both technical and non-technical games, explaining rules clearly, and motivating them to participate helped me develop strong communication and mentoring skills.
Overall, being part of the Elite Club sharpened my ability to organize events, lead teams, manage people, and create engaging experiences. It played a key role in developing my leadership mindset and preparing me for larger responsibilities in professional and entrepreneurial journeys.
